Customer Support
Development of a customized SFDC Client Services Portal for a world-wide software publisher in Boston. The portal uses the SFDC Self-Service functionality to allow secured web access to named customers in the SFDC Contact record to log and view Cases, display version-specific technical documentation and provide custom reporting. AppExchange product used for ETL is Informatica On-Demand. I am providing overall program architecture, design and management, while CV is providing web development and coding services.
